The incident was discovered Saturday, July 20, when a "loose fecal" matter was discovered in the pool, said the Trumbull Parks and Recreation Department. EMT Injured In Norwalk Hospital Explosion An EMT was injured when an oxygen tank exploded on a patient's gurney at Norwalk Hospital. Scott Guinee, of Yorktown, turned himself in to police on Thursday, July 18, following an investigation that he allegedly stole the merchandise from the store on June 22, said the Yorktown Police.
