Jose A. Narvaez, also known as “Macho,” of Bridgeport, was arrested after the Connecticut State Police Computer Crimes Unit received a tip in July that an unidentified adult male was sexually enticing juveniles, said the Connecticut State Police. Southern State Parkway Five-Vehicle Crash Slows Traffic A five-vehicle crash on the Southern State Parkway has slowed traffic, but the highway is still passable. The crash took place around 8:56 a.m., Friday, Oct. 11, eastbound near Exit 20 in South Hempstead, said the New York State Police. Trooper Daniel Ahlgrim said there were no serious injuries.  The South Hempstead Fire Department and Nassau County Police assisted at the scene.
