Woman Arrested In Connection With Norwalk Heroin Overdose A Norwalk woman has been arrested for allegedly providing the heroin laced with fentanyl that almost killed an area man. Dulcie Tamburri, 64, was arrested on a warrant on Wednesday, Oct. 23, and charged with the sale of narcotics and reckless endangerment, said Norwalk Police Lt. Terrence Blake.
