The man was found around 4:40 a.m., Friday, Nov. 1, when the City of Poughkeepsie Police received a call reporting a man down in the street in the area of 219 Mill St., near the Italian Center, said police department officials. Man Shot Three Times In Bridgeport, Police Say Bridgeport police are investigating the shooting of a man who was shot three times.
