Eul Lee, 64, from Fort Lee, New Jersey, was killed during a boating accident in Long Island Sound on Sunday, Nov. 3, said the  Department of Energy and Environmental Protection State Environmental Conservation Police. Luis Rondon, 49, of New Windsor, was indicted on Monday, Nov. 4, on charges of murder and manslaughter, as well as criminal possession of a weapon, said Cristopher Borek with the Orange County District Attorney's Office. Man Shot Three Times In Bridgeport, Police Say Bridgeport police are investigating the shooting of a man who was shot three times. The shooting took place around 5:40 p.m., Monday, Nov. 4, near the 300th block of Mountain Grove Avenue, said Terron Jones, a spokesman with the Bridgeport Police.  The unidentified man was transported to the hospital and suffered non-life-threatening injuries, Jones said.
