The blaze began in Rockland County around at 9:39 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 6, at Bailey's Smokehouse on East Erie Street in Blauvelt, said the Blauvelt Volunteer Fire Company. Man Charged With Manslaughter After Selling Overdose Victim Cocaine With Fentanyl, Police Say A man has been charged with manslaughter for allegedly selling cocaine laced with fentanyl to a person who later died from an overdose. Charlie Castillo, 29, of Bridgeport, turned himself in to Norwalk Police on Monday, Feb. 3 on an active warrant, said Norwalk Police Sgt. Sofia Gulino. Gerald Vandrooge, of Milford, was arrested on Sunday, Feb. 2, after police responded to Bridgeport Avenue for a report of a domestic dispute, Milford Police said.
