The unidentified man's body was discovered around 4:36 p.m., Monday, March 2 in the City of Poughkeepsie after police received a 911 call asking for a welfare check. The man was found inside an apartment at 399 Main St., said City of Poughkeepsie Police Det. Lt. Matt Clark.
