Fairfield County Man Accused Of Having Sex With 14-Year-Old A 27-year-old man Fairfield County man who was allegedly caught having sex with a young teen girl has been arrested for sexual assault. Joan Chacua-Diaz, of Norwalk, was arrested on Sunday, Nov. 1, for the incident which took place on Wednesday, Oct. 28, in Norwalk, said Norwalk Police Lt. Jared Zwickler. According to Zwickler, the department received a sex complaint involving a child on Thursday, Oct. 29 from the mother of the victim. Woman Found Wearing No Pants Slashed At Fairfield County Park Police are reporting that a woman was slashed in an area park. The incident took place around 11 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 1, at Went Field Park near Railroad Avenue in Bridgeport. When officers arrived on the scene they found the woman had been slashed on her arms and across her neck, said Scott Appleby, director of Bridgeport's emergency communications and emergency management office. Missing Goats Found On Route 59 In Rockland Missing a pair of goats?  Yep, goats. The Hudson Valley Humane Society said it retrieved two goats that were out on Halloween, wandering during the day on Route 52 near the Orange and Rockland County Utility building in Spring Valley on Saturday, Oct. 31. Both had collars, but no identification.  Anyone with information or the goat's owners are asked to contact the Humane Society via text at  917-701-3870 if you know where they live, thank you. Greenwich Woman Falsely Reported Stolen Credit Card, Police Say A 58-year-old Greenwich woman was arrested after falsely telling police someone had stolen her debit card and taken $200. Robin Schildge-Repdai, 58, was arrested on Monday, Oct. 26, after reporting to police that her debit card had been stolen and a "large amount" of money had been taken from her account, said Greenwich Police Lt.
