Tree Falls On Tracks, Suspending Metro-North Service Winds gusts of up to 50 miles per hour have closed service on the Metro-North Harlem Line after a tree fell on the tracks. According to the MTA, a tree fell onto the train tracks north of the North White Plains station around 11:20 a.m., Monday, Nov. 2, suspending service to the Southeast. Man Breaks Woman's Nose, Knocks Her Unconscious, Police Say A 37-year-old man was arrested after allegedly getting in a fight with a woman and breaking the woman's nose and knocking her unconscious.  Ulster County resident Jeffery Cafaldo, of Saugerties, was arrested around 1:01 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 1, following the fight on Country Club Drive, said Saugerties Police Chief Joseph Sinagra. The incident took place around 11:07 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 1 in front of 168 Winnikee Ave., said City of Poughkeepsie Police Det. Lt. Matthew J Clark. Woman Found Wearing No Pants Slashed At Fairfield County Park Police are reporting that a woman was slashed in an area park. The incident took place around 11 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 1, at Went Field Park near Railroad Avenue in Bridgeport. Missing Goats Found On Route 59 In Rockland Missing a pair of goats?  Yep, goats. The Hudson Valley Humane Society said it retrieved two goats that were out on Halloween, wandering during the day on Route 52 near the Orange and Rockland County Utility building in Spring Valley on Saturday, Oct. 31. Both had collars, but no identification.  Anyone with information or the goat's owners are asked to contact the Humane Society via text at  917-701-3870 if you know where they live, thank you. For now, the Humane Society said the goats are safe at their headquarters at 200 Quaker Road in Pomona.
