Man Sleeping In Fetal Position Of 7-Eleven Lot Had Drugs, Weapons: Stafford PD A 37-year-old Stafford man found asleep in the fetal position of a 7-Eleven parking was found with weapons and drugs in his car, officials said. Officers arrived to the store on Deacon Road at around 9:30 a.m. to wake up Charles Jessup, who was found on the ground, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. School Employees Busted In $2 Million Laptop Embezzlement Scheme: Fairfax PD Two Fairfax County school employees and a third man were arrested on accusations they planned on stealing 35,000 school laptops totaling $2 million, officials said. Franque Minor II, 35, and Mario Jones, Jr., 21, were employees for the school system and worked at a warehouse, which they were using as a hub to auction off the computers illegally, Fairfax County Police said. Jones, Jr., 34, is accused of gunning down 33 year-old Audora Williams in the 2900 block of Knox Place, Southeast Tuesday, July 19, DC Metro Police Chief Robert J. Contee II said. Glenn Myer, who was being held at the Adult Detention Center, succumbed to medical issues in the hospital on July 15, Fairfax County Police reported.
