Long Island Man 'Inappropriately' Touches Woman During Massage, Police Say
A Long Island man has been arrested for allegedly inappropriately touching a woman getting a massage.
Sut-ho Leung, 59, of New Hyde Park, was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 6, following an earlier incident at Ospa located at 927 Franklin Ave., in Garden City, said the Nassau County Police.
According to detectives, on Saturday, Jan. 2, the 48-year-old victim went to a scheduled appointment for a neck and shoulder massage. While lying in the room, Leung allegedly inappropriately touched her, police said.
The victim left the business and later notified the police.

Contractor Accused Of Stealing Wallet, Other Items From Client In Fairfield County
A contractor has been arrested for allegedly stealing items from one of his clients in Fairfield County.
Michael Mando, 29, of Shelton, was arrested in December, for the incident which took place in October 2020, in Fairfield, said Lt. Antonio Granata.
According to Granata, in October a Fairfield resident of Elm Street reported various items have been taken from their home after hiring contractor Mando to do some home repair.

Firearm-Wielding Man Threatens Snowplow Operators In Hudson Valley, Police Say
A man has been arrested for allegedly threatening two snowplow operators with a gun in the area.
Ulster County resident Robert E. Kalb, 83, of Shandaken, was arrested on Monday, Jan. 4, after threatening the two town employees who were operating a snowplow, said Shandaken Police Chief Chad Storey.
According to Storey, around 8 a.m., on Monday, Kalb used a weapon to "menace" employees of the Town of Shandaken Highway Department.
Kalb was arrested and charged with two counts of menacing and released on his own recognizance.
