Two Wanted For Armed Robbery In Custody After Fairfield County Police Pursuit Police arrested two suspects wanted for an armed robbery and for taking police on a pursuit in Fairfield County. The incident took place around 9:15 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 3, when Bridgeport Police officers spotted a vehicle wanted in connection with an armed robber in Stratford, said Scott Appleby, director of emergency management.  When Bridgeport officers attempted to stop the vehicle in the 200 block of Hollister Ave., the vehicle fled on Wilmont Street, Appleby said. ID Released For 27-Year-Old Killed In Hit-Run Long Island Crash Police have identified a man killed during a hit and run crash on the Sunrise Highway on Long Island. Joseph Logue, 27, of Bellport was hit and killed east of Hospital Road, in East Patchogue, at approximately 6 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 4, when he was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene, said the Suffolk County Police.
