Brothers, Juvenile Nabbed For Fairfield County Robbery, Police Say Two Fairfield County teen brothers and a juvenile were arrested in connection with a street robbery last year. The Shelton Police Department arrested 19-year-old Eliezer Reyes, his 18-year-old brother Jose Reyes, both of Shelton, and a third juvenile suspect, on Wednesday, Feb. 10, for a Shelton for a street robbery, which occurred in December, said Det. Fairfield County Man Busted Selling Large Amounts Of Xanax Purchased On Internet, Police Say A Fairfield County man has allegedly been busted with a large amount of Xanax that was purchased through the internet. Stephen Bridge, age 32, of Cos Cob, was arrested on Monday, Feb. 8, on a warrant for an incident that took place on Tuesday, Jan. 19, said Greenwich Police Captain Mark E. Zuccerella. The investigation into Bridge began when the Greenwich Police Narcotics Section conducted an investigation that he was selling Xanax pills within the town, Zuccerella said. Westchester Man Nabbed With Metal Knuckles In Traffic Stop, Police Say A Westchester man has been arrested by New York State Police for having a pair of metal knuckles during a traffic stop on I-87. Enrique Cardoza, age 25, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 10 during a traffic stop in Orange County in the town of Cornwall, said Trooper Tara McCormick. While interviewing Cardoza, state police found that he was in possession of a pair of metal knuckles, she said. He was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon and released on his own recognizance.

Three Nabbed After Three-County Stolen Vehicle Chase Starts In Northern Westchester Three people were arrested after a three-county stolen vehicle chase that started in Norhern Westchester County. The chase began around 10:10 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 3, New York State troopers attempted to conduct a traffic stop of a 2015 Kia Forte for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law on I-684 in the town of Bedford, said Trooper AJ Hicks. The driver of the vehicle failed to comply and led the troopers northbound on a pursuit reaching speeds over 120 miles per hour, Hicks said. Eversource Employee Injured In Truck Crash An Eversource employee was hospitalized following a crash between a tow truck and a van. The crash took place around 8:42 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 11, on Watertown Avenue in Southbury, said Southbury Police Sgt. Nadine Amatruda. Amatruda said the crash took place when the van was traveling northbound on Watertown Avenue at Riverside Street, and the tow truck was traveling eastbound on West Main Street and Watertown Avenue. Woman With Infant Slams Into Cruisers During Chase In Westchester, Police Say A 20-year-old woman is facing multiple charges after she fled from Westchester County Police with her 8-month-old son in the car. Correction Officer Brutally Attacked By Inmate At Jail In Hudson Valley A corrections officer was injured after an alleged violent attack by an inmate who refused to enter his cell in the Hudson Valley. CT Man Involved In Cocaine Trafficking Ring Sentenced To Federal Prison A Connecticut man has been sentenced to 27 months in prison for his role in a cocaine trafficking ring. Police Officer Interrupts Burglary In Progress At CT Store Police in Connecticut continue to investigate after an officer interrupted a burglary in progress at a store. The incident took place around 3 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 11, at JJ's News & Variety at 255 Main St., in Windsor Locks when the officer interrupted the burglar, said Windsor Locks Police. CT Man Linked To Incest Website Nabbed For Paying To Have Sex With Minor, FBI Says A Connecticut man has been arrested following a lengthy FBI investigation that allegedly linked him to incest websites and for telling agents he was willing to pay to have sex with a minor.
