Reward Offered In Search For CT Bank Robbery Suspect
Police in Connecticut are asking the public for help locating a woman wanted in the armed robbery of a bank.
The robbery in Litchfield County took place on Tuesday, Tuesday, Feb. 15, when a woman entered the Thomaston Savings Bank.
A woman believed to be in her late 20s, entered the bank, handed the teller a note, and displayed a "shiny" handgun, the Thomaston Police Department said.
The woman, who is believed to have a medium to dark skin tone, was wearing a green zip-up hoodie, pajama/sweatpants with some type of print, a surgical mask, and a knit hat.

Man, Woman Nabbed For Assaulting Cop, Fleeing Traffic Stop, Police Say
A man and a woman wanted for allegedly assaulting an officer were nabbed following a pursuit.
Lehman Blackmon, age 43, of New Haven, and Taneesha Barnes, age 37, of Waterbury, were arrested on Saturday, Feb. 13 by Milford Police when an officer spotted a vehicle that was wanted for assaulting a New Haven Police officer earlier in the evening.
According to Milford Police, when their officers attempted to pull over the vehicle, the driver engaged officers in a pursuit that ended on I-95 at Exit 39A.

Long Island Man Indicted For Allegedly Impersonating Cop, Abducting Teens
A man has been indicted for allegedly impersonating a police officer and abducting two teenagers on Long Island.
Donald Cristiano Jr., age 46, of Bay Shore, was indicted on Tuesday, Feb. 16, and charged with kidnapping among a host of other charges, said Suffolk County Attorney Timothy Sini.

Man Busted For Operating Drug Factory In Fairfield County, State Police Say
A Fairfield County man has been arrested by the state drug task force for allegedly selling drugs from his home.
Dashon Johnson, age 41, of Bridgeport, was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 18, on a warrant following an investigation into drug sales in the area, said the Connecticut State Police.
Johnson, who is a convicted felon, was allegedly selling drugs from his home on Lenox Avenue in Bridgeport, state police said.
During the search, detectives found the cash, a firearm, an amount of crack cocaine, cocaine, heroin, and drug packaging materials.

CT Man Being Held On $1M Bond For Shooting Death
A Connecticut man is being held on a $1 million bond after being arrested for the alleged shooting death of a man last year.
Hector Morales, age 27, of Waterbury, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 17, and charged with murder for the Wednesday, Oct. 7 killing of Luis Vasquez in Waterbury, said Sergeant Nadine Amatruda of the Waterbury Police.
According to Amatruda, around 6:42 p.m., on Oct. 7, the Waterbury Police and EMS were called to the area of Walnut Avenue on a report of gunshots with one victim struck by gunfire.

CT High School Student Killed In Shooting
Police in Connecticut are asking the public for information in connection with the shooting death of a 17-year-old high school student.
The student, who attended New London High School, was found around 6:22 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 17, when EMS responded to the area of Grand St. and Elm St., in New London, for the report of shots fired with an injured person in the roadway, authorities said.
Once on the scene, the male teen was found and declared dead by paramedics, New London Police said.
Police say the incident does not appear to be a random act and the investigation remains active.
