Man Attempts To Gain Entry Into High School In Westchester, Report Says A 60-year-old man allegedly attempted to get onto the campus of a Westchester high school before school security turned him away. The incident took place on Wednesday, Feb. 24, at Dobbs Ferry High School, when the man attempted to come on campus saying he was looking for a job for his son, said Elizabeth Hausman, spokeswoman for the school. Fairfield County Landlord Uses Hidden Room To Spy On Woman, Children In Bathroom, Police Say A Fairfield County landlord has been arrested after allegedly using a hidden room to perform lewd acts while watching a woman and her children through an opening in their bathroom wall. Manuel Morales, age 71, of Bridgeport, was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 24, by Bridgeport Police after the woman reported her landlord's actions to police, said authorities. Police Asking For Help Identifying Persons Of Interest' In Fairfield Homicide Police in Fairfield County are asking the public for information on the homicide of a man who was gunned on a city street last year. Officers from the Bridgeport Police Department responded to the intersection of Iranistan Avenue and Hanover Street early in the morning on Sunday, Aug. 30, where there was a report of a man who had been shot, Bridgeport Police said. Four Injured After Fire Breaks Out At Apartment Building In Westchester Two residents received burns and two firefighters were injured during an early morning fire in Westchester. The fire started around 3:59 a.m., Friday, Feb. 26, at 2 Sherwood Terrace in Yonkers, said Chief Joseph Citrone. Man Seriously Injured After Slamming His Vehicle Into Building On Long Island Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash in which a man slammed into a Long Island building with his vehicle. The crash took place around 7:30 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 25, at 590 Smith St., in East Farmingdale, said the Suffolk County Police. The male driver, the lone occupant of the vehicle, was transported to Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow for treatment of a serious leg injury. Long Island Soccer Coach Charged With Raping Underage Player, Endangering Two Others A Long Island soccer coach has been arraigned on a 50-count grand jury indictment for allegedly raping an underage player and endangering the welfare of two other teens. Nassau County District Attorney Madeline Singas said Sean Johnsen, age 35, of Valley Stream, was charged with 23 counts of rape, 23 counts of a criminal sex act, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Woman Accused Of Repeatedly Punching Cop In Face On Long Island, Police Say A 31-year-old woman has been arrested for allegedly repeatedly punching a Nassau County police officer who was attempting to question her. Widnise Occelin, age 31, was arrested around 1 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 25 in Inwood, following the incident, said Nassau County Police.
