Michael Goldberg, age 29, of Yorktown, was arrested on Sunday, Feb. 21, after Yorktown police spotted him driving with a suspended registration, police said. Man Accused Of Hitting Woman In Eye In Front Of Two Children In Area, Police Say A 47-year-old man was arrested for allegedly hitting a victim in the eye while two children were in the room. Ulster County resident Jarmel M. Anderson-Fialkow, of Saugerties, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 24, after police responded to a report of a physical domestic dispute in the town of Saugerties, said Chief Joseph Sinagra. Following a police investigation, it was determined that Anderson-Fialkow had struck the victim in the left eye, causing injury, the chief said. Man Accused Of Having DUI Three Times Legal Limit Following Fairfield County Crash A local man has been arrested for DUI with a blood alcohol limit at more than three times the legal limit following a crash in Fairfield County. Michael Zerdy was arrested on Friday, Feb. 19, for the incident which took place in November in New Canaan, said Lieutenant Jason Ferraro of the New Canaan Police.  According to Ferraro, Zerdy, age 40, of New Canaan, was driving in the area of Weed Street and Old Samford, when he crashed into a utility pole. Litchfield County resident Cynthia Define, a 51-year-old New Milford single mother of three, said time is running out and hopes a new call for a donor will save her life. Man Caught With Stash Of Drugs, Cash, Police Say A 47-year-old man was busted with an alleged large stash of drugs following an investigation into narcotics sales in the area. Man Nabbed For Prostitution, Sex Trafficking At Long Island Hotel, Police Say A 36-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly promoting prostitution and sex trafficking on Long Island. Robert Richards, age 36, of Springfield Gardens in Queens, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 24, in Rockville Centre following an investigation at an area hotel, said the Nassau County Police. According to Narcotics Vice Squad detectives, an investigation at the Best Western located at 173 Sunrise Highway led to the arrest of Richards. Richards was charged with sex trafficking and promoting prostitution. He will be arraigned on Friday, Feb. 26, in Mineola.
