She spent 17 years at Florida Today in Melbourne, Florida as a general assignment reporter, crime reporter, entertainment reporter and restaurant critic. She worked four years at Hometown News as a general assignment reporter, then another two years at Spacecoast Daily in Cocoa Beach, Florida. She attended Eastern Florida State College in Melbourne, Florida.

Cardinal Dolan To Visit Green Haven Correctional Facility In Stormville Timothy Cardinal Dolan, Archbishop of New York, will celebrate the 50th anniversary of St. Paul’s Catholic Chapel at Green Haven Correctional Facility in Stormville with a mass for inmates and staff. Missing Poughkeepsie 10-Year-Old Found Safe This story has been updated. DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y.  -- The City of Poughkeepsie Police Department is reporting that a missing 10-year-old boy has been found safe. The child was reported missing Friday afternoon in the area of Morse Elementary School on Mansion Street. The boy was described as being white, 4-foot-9 and weighing 80 pounds.
