Dutchess Man Caught With Crack Cocaine With Intent To Sell, Police Say A Poughkeepsie man is behind bars after police officers stopped to check out a suspicious vehicle and found crack cocaine, according to Town of Lloyd police. Eugene L. Cummings, 27, was arrested about 3:20 a.m. Tuesday when officers responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint on Half Moon Road in Highland, said Lt. James Janso. Sharon Carrillo, 33, and Julio Carrillo, 51, were arrested on Feb. 28 in Stockton Springs, Maine, for murder after they beat Middletown native Marissa Kennedy on a daily basis, causing injuries that killed her on Feb. 25, the Bangor Daily News reported.
