Victims Identified After Mercedes Crashes Into Police Cruiser On I-84 Several people injured in a crash on I-84 in Putnam County that also injured two New York State troopers have been identified. The crash occurred around 5:50 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18 on I-84 in the town of Kent when troopers were conducting a traffic stop of a 2005 Nissan sedan for a traffic violation, said Trooper AJ Hicks.
