ID Released For Man Pulled From Pond In Bridgeport Police have identified the man who was pulled from Bunnells Pond in Beardsley Park in January. James Freeman, 50, of Bridgeport, was found in the water after a passerby call 911 around 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 31, said Bridgeport Police. He was pronounced dead at the scene after being pulled unclothed and frozen from the pond. Cabbie Robbed By Four Masked Men In Westchester, Police Say Yonkers police are on the hunt for four suspects involved in an armed robbery of a cab driver. The incident took place around 7:52 p.m. Wednesday near 510 Midland Avenue, said Yonkers Police Det. Sgt. Dean Politopoulos. According to police, four men wearing ski masks used a gun to rob the cab driver and then fled. Police said they don't have much information and that the incident is under investigation.
