The crash took place around 5:13 a.m., in the area of I-91 southbound, near Exit 6, in the City of New Haven, said the Connecticut State Police. Troopers from Troop I-Bethany responded, along with personnel from AMR, the Department of Transportation and the New Haven Fire Department.
