Update Released On 10 Victims Of Head-On Crash Between School Buses In Greenwich
Ten people injured during a head-on crash between two school buses in Greenwich are improving, according to Greenwich Police.
The crash took place around 3:09 p.m., Tuesday, April 9, at 1252 King St., between the two school buses, one from Royal Coach Line school bus with just a driver, and a private bus operated by Countywide Transportation of Yonkers, which was carrying nine people, Greenwich Police Lt. John Slusarz.
The injured, including seven adults with special needs, are reported to be in good to fair condition, said Slusarz.

Motorcyclist Killed After Route 9W Crash With SUV In Rockland
A motorcycle rider was killed after being hit by an SUV on Route 9W, said the Haverstraw Police.
The crash took place around 741 p.m., Monday, April 8, in the area of 34 North Route 9W in the Village of West Haverstraw, said Haverstraw Police Capt. Martin Lund.
According to Lund, the crash occurred when the motorcycle driver, Jolexis Jaramillo, 27, of New York City, who was traveling south on Route 9W, was hit by an SUV pulling onto Route 9W to travel northbound.

Multiple Measles Cases Confirmed In Westchester, Health Officials Say
Measles cases have been confirmed in eight Westchester County children, six are siblings, and all are from Northern Westchester, according to county officials.
None of the children, who range in age from six month to 14 years old, attend public schools or childcare, said the Westchester County Health Department.
The department is working with the families and healthcare providers to identify locations where the children may have exposed others.
