Numerous Flat Tires Reported After Truck Loses Load Of Bricks On I-684 New York State Police reported numerous vehicles with flat tires on I-684 after a truck lost a load of bricks. State police in Westchester said the bricks fell off the truck around 3:20 p.m., Tuesday, April 16, along the northbound side of the interstate near Exit 6 in Bedford, causing numerous flat tires and major delays.
