Basketball Coach Accused Of Punching Player In Greenvale, Police Say
Nassau County Police have arrested a Queens man for the alleged assault of a juvenile while coaching basketball and are searching for other potential victims.
Cheikh Khadim Ndiaye was arrested around 4:30 p.m., Saturday, May 18, in Greenvale, after Nassau County Police detectives were called to the home o fa juvenile who complained of being abused by Ndiaye, police said.

Man Charged In Fatal Stabbing Of Area Man
A 22-year-old man is behind bars for the stabbing death of another local man, police said.
Keano Munoz of Beacon was arrested on Saturday, May 18, for the stabbing death of Richard Viera, 55, of Beacon, said Beacon Police Det. Sgt. Jason Johnson.
Viera was found when Beacon Police responded to South Davies Terrace around 8 p.m. on Saturday, Johnson said.
He was transported to St. Luke's Hospital before being transferred to Westchester Medical Center where he later died from his injuries, he added.

ID Released For Man Killed While Riding Lawn Mower With Brother On Route 17
Police have released the identity of a Sloatsburg man who was killed while riding a lawn mower on Route 17 with his brother when they were hit by a car.
Richard M. Mackey, 29, died early Monday, May 20, from his injuries, said Ramapo Police.
His brother Raymond Mackey, also 29, from Sloatsburg, is believed to be the driver of the lawn mower and is currently hospitalized with serious injuries at this time, police added.
