City of Poughkeepsie police are searching for two men who are on the run following the shooting of another man at the Hudson Garden Apartments.
The shooting of a 22-year-old City of Poughkeepsie man took place around 10:44 a.m., on Tuesday, May 7, said City of Poughkeepsie Det. Lt. Matt Clark.

Nassau County Police have arrested a Queens man for the alleged assault of a juvenile while coaching basketball and are searching for other potential victims.
Cheikh Khadim Ndiaye was arrested around 4:30 p.m., Saturday, May 18, in Greenvale, after Nassau County Police detectives were called to the home o fa juvenile who complained of being abused by Ndiaye, police said.

Man Charged In Fatal Stabbing Of Area Man
A 22-year-old man is behind bars for the stabbing death of another local man, police said.
Keano Munoz of Beacon was arrested on Saturday, May 18, for the stabbing death of Richard Viera, 55, of Beacon, said Beacon Police Det. Sgt. Jason Johnson.
Viera was found when Beacon Police responded to South Davies Terrace around 8 p.m. on Saturday, Johnson said.
He was transported to St. Luke's Hospital before being transferred to Westchester Medical Center where he later died from his injuries, he added.
