Man Charged With Sexual Abuse Of Girl For Years, Police Say A 37-year-old man was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing an area teenager for years, police said. Pawel Dabrowski of Shelton was arrested on Friday, Aug. 16, following an investigation into the abuse of a teenager which began when the girl was 10-years-old, said Shelton Police Det. Richard Bango. Dabrowski was charged with three counts of sexual assault and three counts of risk of injury to a minor. He was arraigned in Derby Superior court and is being held on a $250,000 bond.
