Car Hits School Bus Stop Sign, No Injuries, Police Say Two students and a bus driver avoided injuries after a car struck the stop sign of the school bus. The incident took place around 8:26 a.m., Monday, Oct. 7, at Barnum and Huntington Turnpike in Bridgeport, said Bridgeport Police spokesman Terron Jones.
