Pedestrian Struck, Killed On I-95 A stretch of Interstate 95 has reopened in Fairfield County after a pedestrian was struck by a car and killed, closing the highway for several hours. According to Connecticut State Police, the incident happened around 6:30 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 4 in Stratford in the southbound lanes between exits 32 and 31, state police said.
