The incident took place around 10 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 14 in the village of Hastings-on-Hudson at the Graham School, said Hasting-on-Hudson Police Chief David Dosin. Justin Gottlieb of Plainview was killed during a drive-by shooting around 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 14, on Margaret Drive East in Plainview, said the Nassau County Police. According to detectives, officers responded to a 911 call reporting the shooting and located Gottlieb, who had been shot multiple times. Man Grazed By Bullet During Shootings Into Two Long Island Homes A man was grazed by a bullet during separate incidents of shootings involving two Long Island homes. The shootings took place around 3 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 15, in Bay Shore, said the Suffolk County Police. Third Squad detectives reported shots were fired into two homes on Cedar Drive in North Bay Shore.  An adult male resident of one of the homes was grazed by a bullet.  No arrests have been made at this time. Crash Causes Delays On I-684 A crash caused southbound delays of up to seven miles on I-684 at the tail-end of the morning commute. The crash took place southbound around 8 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 15, near Exit 2 for Route 120 in North Castle, said the New York State Police. The right and center lanes were closed immediately after the crash before the center lane was cleared a short time later. All lanes were reopened by 9:45 a.m., with up to two-mile backups remaining.
