Stamford Man Arrested On Warrant For DUI Following A Crash, Greenwich Police Say A Stamford man wanted on a warrant for an alleged DUI following a crash turned himself in to police. Chet Quinlan, 37, was arrested on Friday, Jan. 10, turned himself in to Greenwich Police and was charged DUI and failure to drive in the proper lane, said the Greenwich Police. Quinlan was wanted for an incident that took place on July 29, 2019, in which he was allegedly driving under the influence when his vehicle left the road and struck a tree, police said. He was released on a $5,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, Jan. 24.
