Man Who Drove On Sidewalk In Northern Westchester Had Suspended License, Police Say
A 39-year-old man was busted on numerous traffic violations after he allegedly drove on a sidewalk.
Abror Sharobiddinov, of Brooklyn, was arrested by Yorktown Police on Monday, Feb. 3, after he was stopped on Route 6 for having a suspended registration, said Yorktown Police.
During a registration check, police found that Sharobiddinov's driver's license was also suspended for an insurance lapse and that he had been driving on a sidewalk, police said.
He was charged with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration, and driving on a sidewalk.

Trio Nabbed After Fleeing Scene Of Rite Aid Grand Larceny
Three people were nabbed stealing from a Rite Aid store, including a juvenile.
Shivon N. Merrero, 30, Ty-Shay S. Madden, 22, and a 16-year-old, all of Brooklyn, were arrested around 5 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 9, by Town of Poughkeepsie Police, said Capt. Michael O’Dowd.
The three were arrested after officers responded to a report of a larceny in progress at Rite Aid located at 3350 North Road, said O'Dowd.
Upon arriving in the area, officers found the suspects had fled the scene in a gray 2006 Mercury Marquis.

IDs Released For Man, Woman Killed In Overnight Crash
Two people killed overnight in a two-vehicle crash in Fairfield County have been identified.
Lily Pirulli, 20, of Monroe, and Adrian Miles, 31, of Ansonia, were killed during the crash around 11:30 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 9, on River Road in Shelton, said Shelton Police Lt. Christopher Nugent.
Two passengers, Meghan Nealy, 26, of Ansonia, is currently listed in critical condition and Rakiem Reid, 30, of Derby, was treated and released from the hospital, said Nugent.

Fatal Heroin Overdose Death Leads To Arrest Of Fairfield County Dealer, Police Say
A man wanted for selling a fatal dose of heroin has been arrested following an investigation of drug sales in Fairfield County.
David Armstrong, 28, of Fairfield, was arrested on Friday, Feb. 7, and charged with possession of a controlled substance, attempting to sell a narcotic and selling a controlled substance, said Fairfield Police Capt. Robert Kalamaras.

A 30-year-old man charged with murdering three members of a family and attempting to kill a toddler during a home invasion at a home in the area has been indicted by a grand jury.
Orange County resident Kaliek Goode-Ford, 30, of Newburgh, was indicted on Friday, Feb. 7 and charged with three counts of murder in connection with the Jan. 26, shooting of three members of a Town of Newburgh family, and the attempted murder of a 3-year-old boy he allegedly shot five times, said the Orange County District Attorney Dave Hoovler.
