Instead of playing video games or watching Netflix during the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, three Westchester teenagers have undertaken a campaign to help healthcare workers and restaurants alike.
Friends since they attended Good Counsel Elementary Academy, the three sophomores, John Prince of Valhalla, Stepinac High School; Christopher Barnaby of White Plains, The Masters School, and Shane Daughtry of Chappaqua, Fordham Preparatory School, decided to establish a GoFundMe campaign to finance their idea to feed those on the frontlines.

Couple Accused Of Embezzling Money From Baseball Association In Fairfield County
A Fairfield County couple has been arrested for allegedly embezzling more than $25,000 from an area youth baseball association.
Kurt Dyer, 51, and Jennifer Dyer, 47, both of Bethel, were arrested on Thursday, April 16, on outstanding warrants for larceny following a complaint by the Bethel Baseball Association, a private children's baseball association, said Bethel Police Lt. George J. Bryce, Jr.
The arrests came after the organizations new treasurer found several questionable transactions during a financial review, Bryce said.

Hudson Valley Parents Charged After Infant Found Dead In Bathtub
A man and woman have been charged with criminally negligent homicide after a 6-month-old infant was found dead in a bathtub.
Ulster County residents Jordan E, Balcom, 29, and Ashante D. Inniss, 26, both of Kingston, were arrested around 6 p.m., Saturday, April 18, after Kingston Police responded to a home at 59 Gill St., for a report of a possible drowning, the department said.
