Former Ramapo Supervisor Set To Be Released From Federal Prison System Former Ramapo Town Supervisor Christopher St. Lawrence is due to be released after having been in the federal prison system for more than two years. St. Lawrence, 69, was convicted of 20 counts of securities fraud and conspiracy on May 19, 2017, following a four-week trial in federal court in White Plains.  His release is scheduled for Friday, May 1.
