Covid-19: Popular Area Restaurant Closes After Employee Tests Positive A popular area restaurant has closed its door temporarily due to COVID-19. Known for its luscious burgers, wings, and specialty items, the Dutch Ale House, an Ulster County staple located in Saugerties,  said on Facebook on Sunday, Nov. 15, that it was closing after an employee tested positive for the virus. Westport Police Seeking Public's Help Locating Hit-Run Driver The Westport Police Department is asking the public for help in identifying a vehicle and person involved in a hit-and-run crash. The crash took place around 3:26 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 8, in the area of 30 Beachside Ave., said Westport Police Lt. Anthony Prezioso. During the accident, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle that ultimately fled the scene. The pedestrian sustained a significant but non-life-threatening leg injury as a result of the crash, Prezioso said. Raydee Delacruz, 20, of Yorktown, was arrested on Friday, Nov. 6, for a past theft at the store, said the Yorktown Police. An investigation found that on Wednesday, Oct. 28, Delacruz allegedly stole an iTouch digital watch valued at $79.99, police said. Westchester Man Nabbed Attempting To Fill Fake Prescription In Fairfield County, Police Say A New York man was arrested in Fairfield County in connection with allegedly attempting to fill a fraudulent prescription. Hadiya Nazha Ali, 21, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on Wednesday, Oct. 28, after Greenwich Police received a call from a central area pharmacist that he suspected Ali of attempting to pass a fake prescription for a controlled substance, said Captain Mark E.
