Long Island Man Attacks, Injures Two Police Officers A Long Island man was arrested for allegedly assaulting two police officers who responded to a reported disturbance. The incident took place around 11:55 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 12, on South King Street in Elmont, said the Nassau County Police. According to detectives, officers were dispatched for a disturbance that occurred at a residence located on South King Street. Northern Westchester Underage Drinking Detail Results In One Arrest A special state police detail in Westchester County aimed at cracking down on the sale of alcohol to minors led to the arrest of a Long Island man. On Thursday, Nov. 12, Troopers and members of the Bureau of Criminal Investigation participated in an underage drinking detail throughout northern Westchester County, said Trooper AJ Hicks. Troopers went to 11 locations in which an underaged person attempted to purchase alcohol. 20-Year-Old Arrested For Alleged Theft At BJ's In Northern Westchester A Northern Westchester man was arrested for allegedly petit larceny at an area BJ's Wholesale Club. Raydee Delacruz, 20, of Yorktown, was arrested on Friday, Nov. 6, for a past theft at the store, said the Yorktown Police. An investigation found that on Wednesday, Oct. 28, Delacruz allegedly stole an iTouch digital watch valued at $79.99, police said. He was charged with petit larceny and released on his own recognizance.

Argument In Driveway Lands One Man In Hospital For PCP, Another In Cuffs, Police Say A fight between two men, including one from the Hudson Valley, landed one in the hospital and the other in handcuffs in Fairfield County. The incident took place around 12:10 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 7, when Wilton Police responded to a home on Westport Road for a suspicious person complaint, said Wilton Police Lieutenant Gregg Phillipson. Westchester Man Nabbed Attempting To Fill Fake Prescription In Fairfield County, Police Say A New York man was arrested in Fairfield County in connection with allegedly attempting to fill a fraudulent prescription. Hadiya Nazha Ali, 21, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on Wednesday, Oct. 28, after Greenwich Police received a call from a central area pharmacist that he suspected Ali of attempting to pass a fake prescription for a controlled substance, said Captain Mark E. Man Nabbed In Target Parking Lot Robbery, Police Say A man who allegedly robbed a couple at gunpoint who he met in a Target parking lot to complete an online sale, has been arrested. Michael Lockhart, 21, of Bridgeport, was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 5, in connection with the Oct. 21 robbery in Ansonia, said Ansonia Police Lieutenant Patrick Lynch. Teen Accused Of Stealing $1K Worth Of Items From Dick's Sporting Goods In Northern Westchester A Northern Westchester teen has been arrested for allegedly stealing more than $1,000 in goods from an area sporting goods store. Yorktown Police arrested a 17-year-old Cortlandt Manor teen after responding to a report of past larceny at Dick's Sporting Goods at the Jefferson Valley Mall in Yorktown, said the Yorktown Police. Unlocked Maserati Stolen From Greenwich Home A Maserati that was left unlocked was stolen and another vehicle was burglarized in Fairfield County. The first incident took place at a private club in Greenwich on Monday, Nov. 9, when the vehicle was entered and a wallet was stolen, said Greenwich Police Capt. Mark. Zuccerella. The doors to the vehicle were locked, but the vehicle did not sustain damage. Man In Vehicle Stolen From Out-Of-State Airport Nabbed By State Police State Police arrested a man in an alleged stolen vehicle from out of state after spotting it on an area roadway. The incident took place around 8:56 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 12, after state police from the Monroe barracks were notified of a stolen vehicle in the area, said Trooper Steven Nevel. Busy Westchester Roadway To Be Closed During Milling, Paving Motorists could face delays when road work consisting of milling and paving begins on Dobbs Ferry Road The work, both eastbound and westbound, between Tarrytown Road (Rt. 119) and the Sprain Brook Parkway in the Town of Greenburgh will begin on Sunday, Nov. 15, and run through Saturday, Nov. 21, said Greenburgh Police Lt. Kobie Powell. The work will take place during the overnight hours, Powell said. If possible motorists would be better served taking alternate routes during the listed time periods.
