Duo Charged With Wiping Dog Feces On Neighbor's Door, Police Say
Two area residents who allegedly wiped dog feces on the back door of a neighbor was arrested for harassment.
Ulster County residents Travis J. Cuvelier, 23, and Ashley E. Miller. 23, both of Saugerties, were arrested on Sunday, Nov. 8, after police responded to Market Street for a report of a neighbor dispute, involving a neighbor wiping dog feces on the back door of the complainant’s residence, said Chief Joseph Sinagra.
Cuvelier and Miller were taken into custody, processed, and released on appearance tickets.

Amazon Driver Busted For Stealing From Long Island Warehouse, Police Say
A Long Island Amazon driver was arrested for grand larceny after he allegedly stole more than $5,000 worth of merchandise from an Amazon warehouse.
Suffolk County resident Edward Seyfert, 48, of Deer Park, was arrested on Friday, Nov. 13, for the theft which took place on Wednesday, Nov. 11, at the warehouse in Bethpage, Nassau County Police said.
According to detectives, officers began an investigation at the Amazon warehouse located at 80 Grumman Road W., Bethpage for the larceny of approximately $5600.00 worth of merchandise.

Woman Allegedly Punches, Strangles Passenger In Cab, State Police Say
State Police arrested an Orange County woman who got into a physical altercation with another passenger in a cab for alleged assault.
Deyshanna Hamilton, 31, of Middletown was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 12, for an assault that allegedly occurred on Sunday, Nov. 8, in Middletown, said State Police Trooper Steven Nevel.
According to Nevel, an investigation revealed that Hamilton was traveling with a friend in a cab going from Middletown to Liberty.
While en route to Liberty, Hamilton and her passenger got into a verbal altercation that turned physical.

Woman Arrested After Abused Dog Found Locked On Long Island Property, Police Say
A Long Island woman was arrested for animal cruelty after police allegedly found an abused dog locked in a dog house on her property.
Nassau County resident Deia Banos, 60, of Glen Cove, was arrested on Friday, Nov. 12, after Glen Cove police responded to her home for a complaint of a barking dog, said Glen Cove Det. Lt. John Nagle.
According to Nagel, when police arrived at the home on Glen Cove Ave., on Thursday, Nov. 12, a dog could be heard barking and crying sounding like it was in distress.

Westchester Man Killed After Minivan Crashes Into Tree
A Westchester man was killed after the minivan he was driving veered off the Bronx River Parkway and hit a tree.
Samuel Orozco, 28, of Mount Vernon, was killed around 6:30 a.m., Sunday, Nov. 15, during the crash, said Westchester County Police Spokesman Kieran O'Leary.
A passenger, Gonzalo Juarez, 38, also of Mount Vernon, received non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
