Stamford Woman Who Drove On Walking Path In New Canaan Under Influence, Police Say
A Fairfield County woman was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol after being stopped for driving on a walking path, according to police.
Maureen Mullins, 57, of Stamford, was arrested around 10:30 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 14, in New Canaan in the area of Waveny Park and New Canaan High School, said police.
Responding officers located the vehicle being operated by Mullins wedged against the wooden guard rail, said New Canaan Police Lieutenant Jason Ferraro.

Duo Charged With Wiping Dog Feces On Neighbor's Door, Police Say
Two area residents who allegedly wiped dog feces on the back door of a neighbor was arrested for harassment.
Ulster County residents Travis J. Cuvelier, 23, and Ashley E. Miller. 23, both of Saugerties, were arrested on Sunday, Nov. 8, after police responded to Market Street for a report of a neighbor dispute, involving a neighbor wiping dog feces on the back door of the complainant’s residence, said Chief Joseph Sinagra.
Cuvelier and Miller were taken into custody, processed, and released on appearance tickets.

Amazon Driver Busted For Stealing From Long Island Warehouse, Police Say
A Long Island Amazon driver was arrested for grand larceny after he allegedly stole more than $5,000 worth of merchandise from an Amazon warehouse.
Suffolk County resident Edward Seyfert, 48, of Deer Park, was arrested on Friday, Nov. 13, for the theft which took place on Wednesday, Nov. 11, at the warehouse in Bethpage, Nassau County Police said.
According to detectives, officers began an investigation at the Amazon warehouse located at 80 Grumman Road W., Bethpage for the larceny of approximately $5600.00 worth of merchandise.
