Seen Him? Suspect At Large After DC Homicide That Killed Young Father (Video) Police are looking for the suspect in a D.C. homicide of a young Baltimore father, officials said. The suspect allegedly shot and killed 25-year-old Aryeh Wolf around 3:45 p.m. on August 10 in the 5100 block of Call Place, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Science Scholarship Created In Honor Of Late PhD Student From VA Beach Corey Sargent was set to become the first Old Dominion University student to receive a PhD in astrophysics. On June 11, the 25-year-old's life was cut short in Newport News, when a reckless driver killed him in a rear end collision, according to a GoFundMe page started in his honor. Vase Case: Manassas 20-Year-Old Assaults Relative With Flower Holder A Manassas 20-year-old was arrested after he assaulted a victim and hit them in the head with a flower vase, police said. At around 4:30 a.m. on August 10, Ali Frizan got into a heated argument with his 24-year-old relative, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Although Frizan hit the victim in the head, the victim sustained a non-life threatening injury, officials reported. Frizan was arrested for unlawful wounding and has a pending court date, authorities said.

Teen Suspect Arrested After DC Carjacking, Robbery: Metropolitan Police D.C. police arrested a teen for his involvement in a May carjacking and robbery, authorities said. On May 16 at around 9:50 p.m., Marquis Funderbunk approached a victim in the 2500 block of 9th Street, showed he had a gun, and demanded the victim's property, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Once the victim complied, Funderbunk fled the scene in the victim's vehicle, police said. The 19-year-old was arrested on August 10 and charged with armed carjacking with a gun, officials reported.

Surveillance Photo Released Of Suspect Wanted In Fatal Falls Church Incident Fairfax police have released photos of the suspect in a recent fatal accident in Falls Church. On August 10, officers found an unidentified woman dead inside an apartment located at 2916 Willston Place. A Hispanic man, wearing a white hat, light blue shirt, and khaki shorts, was allegedly seen running from the area.
