Vase Case: Manassas 20-Year-Old Assaults Relative With Flower Holder A Manassas 20-year-old was arrested after he assaulted a victim and hit them in the head with a flower vase, police said.  At around 4:30 a.m. on August 10, Ali Frizan got into a heated argument with his 24-year-old relative, according to the Prince William County Police Department.  Although Frizan hit the victim in the head, the victim sustained a non-life threatening injury, officials reported. Frizan was arrested for unlawful wounding and has a pending court date, authorities said.

Once the victim complied, Funderbunk fled the scene in the victim's vehicle, police said. The 19-year-old was arrested on August 10 and charged with armed carjacking with a gun, officials reported.
