Bicyclist Rescued Following Fall At Park In Mount Pleasant A man who suffered a hip injury while bicycling in Graham Hills Park in Mount Pleasant was rescued by firefighters and EMS, according to Kieran O'Leary with the Westchester County Police. The unidentified man wrecked his bike around 2:02 p.m., Friday along a wooded area of the trail, making it difficult for rescue. Pleasantville EMS and fire department members were able to rescue the man after more than an hour of work. Route 9G Shut Down In Hyde Park Due To Crash DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. --  Route 9G is completely shut down following a single-vehicle rollover crash near South Cross Road in Hyde Park, said state police. The crash occurred around 1:45 p.m. at 1667 Route 9G, said Trooper A.J. Hicks. The unidentified driver is trapped in the vehicle and police estimate the road will be closed for at least the next hour as rescue crews work to extricate the driver, he said.  Commuters are asked to avoid the area to allow for rescue vehicles, police said. Road Reopens After Dwui Driver Slams Into Pole In Montebello, Police Say Mile Road in the Village of Montebello has reopened to traffic following an accident Thursday that damaged a utility pole causing the roadway to be shut down for several hours.  The accident occurred after a 21-year-old man from New Jersey, who was under the influence of drugs, slammed into the utility pole, causing extensive damage, Ramapo police said. Neither the man's name nor place of residence were released. The driver was arrested, and the roadway was closed to allow crews from Orange and Rockland Utilities to repair the pole.
