ID Released For Victim Of Westchester Fatal Shooting A man gunned during a shooting in Westchester County on Wednesday has been identified, according to Mount Vernon city officials. Donovan Brown, 24, of Mount Vernon, was shot and killed, outside of 15 S. Macquesten Parkway shortly after midnight, said City Spokeswoman Maria Donovan. Route 9 in the Town of Poughkeepsie has reopened following a serious three-car crash, according to town officials. The crash, which occurred 11:24 a.m., Thursday, in the area of Old Post Road, closed the roadway down to one lane until around 3:30 p.m., said Town of Poughkeepsie Police.
