Man Charged After Swimming Naked In YMCA Pool In Front Of Children, Greenwich Police Say An area man was arrested on numerous charges after swimming naked in a Greenwich YMCA pool in front of children, according to police. James Sawyer, 62, of Riverside, was arrested on Friday around 10 a.m. after police were called to the YMCA at 90 East Putnam Ave., in Greenwich, for a man that had entered the pool completely naked, said the Greenwich Police. When Sawyer was asked to exit the pool he did so in a slow manner exposing himself to the children that were present in the pool, police said. Two Busted On Weapons Charges Following LaGrange Traffic Stop Two men were busted on weapons charges following a traffic stop for speeding and failing to keep right. Austin A. Suarez, 23, of Hudson, and Kawan A. Nunnally, 26, of Albany, were busted on felony weapons possession during a traffic stop around 4 a.m Sunday, Dec. 30, in the Town of LaGrange, according to the Capt. Kidnapping Suspect Nabbed After Police Find Woman Walking Near I-95 A man who kidnapped a woman and drove her against her will from Massachusetts to Connecticut was apprehended off I-95, police said. Carlos Rosario-Infante, 34, of Holyoke, Massachusetts, was arrested around 7:55 a.m. on Sunday, Dec.30 by Milford Police after officers noticed a woman walking south along Woodmont Road off Exit 40 of I-95, said Milford Police. Westport Man Nabbed After Striking Another Driver In Greenwich Road-Rage Incident, Police Say A man wanted in connection with a reported Greenwich road-rage incident in July was nabbed while receiving treatment at an area hospital. ID Released For Man Killed After Car Crashes Off Ledge Near Train Station In Westchester The driver of a car who died after his vehicle fell nearly 40 feet off a gated embankment near a train station in Westchester has been identified. Pedestrian In Critical Condition After Being Struck By Vehicle In Shelton An 83-year-old man was struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross a street in Shelton. The incident took place around 5:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28, when Shelton Police, Fire and EMS responded to the area of Howe Avenue and Grove Street for a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle, said Shelton Police Det. Car Lands On Top Of Stone Wall In Trumbull Crash A car landed right on top of a stone wall during a single-vehicle crash. The incident took place around 11:20 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 28 in the area of Madison Avenue and Saxony Drive, said officials with the Long Hill Fire Department in Trumbull on Facebook. When firefighters and Trumbull EMS, arrived on scene they found a car on top of a stone wall, perfectly centered. EMS provided treatment to the driver of the car, who was the only occupant at the time of the crash, while fire crews checked for any hazards. The cause of the accident is under investigation.

Ex-Cop To Be Released From Prison 20 Years After Fatal Shooting Outside Deli In Westchester A longtime Westchester County resident and former New York City police officer will be released from prison on Jan. 7, 2019, after serving nearly 20 years behind bars for killing another man.
