Body Found Floating In Water Off Stamford Marina Stamford Police found a body floating in the water off Cummmings Park Marina after receiving a 911 call from a boater. Person Seriously Injured After Falling Or Jumping Onto I-95 In Westchester, Police Say Two southbound lanes of I-95 in New Rochelle have reopened after a person either fell or jumped onto the highway from an overpass, according to the New York State Police. The incident took place around 10:08 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 18 at the Webster Avenue overpass in New Rochelle, said Trooper Tara McCormick.  The lanes were closed between Exits 15 and 16, McCormick said. The person, who has not been identified, suffered extensive head injuries and was transported to an area hospital, she said. Motorists are advised to avoid the area as police investigate the incident, she added.
