Horse Killed After Being Hit By Vehicle On Roadway In Northern Westchester A horse was killed after being hit by a vehicle in Northern Westchester. The crash took place late Monday, Feb. 17 on Route 121 in Bedford when the horse had gotten loose and was in the roadway, said the Bedford Fire Department. One Killed In Two-Vehicle Crash At Intersection In Area One person was killed during a two-vehicle crash at an intersection in the area. The crash took place around 7:30 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 18, at the intersection of Cedar Cliff Road and Lakes Road in the Town of Monroe, said New York State Police Trooper Steven Nevel. Tevon Johnson and Nasia Battle, both of Brooklyn, were arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 12, after Wilton Police were notified by Westport Police that two men in a black Honda were attempting to use fake $100 bills at gas stations, said Capt. Robert Cipolla of the Wilton Police Department. Dayona Hammonds, of Peekskill, was arrested Monday, Feb. 17, after Peekskill Police responded to a home on Main Street after receiving a 911 call about a woman threatening to stab her son, said Peekskill Police.
