Long Island Man Found High In Vehicle With Hypodermic Needle In Lap, Police Say A Suffolk County man was arrested after allegedly being found lying in a vehicle with a hypodermic needle in his lap and for then resisting arrest. Dion Hutchings, 25, of Syosset, was found around 840 p.m., Tuesday, March 17, on Sally Lane in Plainview, said the Suffolk County Police. Two New Flu Deaths Reported In Connecticut As residents grapple with concerns over COVID-19, state health officials are reporting two deaths associated with the seasonal flu. ID Released For 21-Year-Old Man Fatally Stabbed At Danbury Skate Park A 21-year-old man who was stabbed and killed at an area skate park has been identified by police. Willy Placencia, of Danbury, was killed around 6:31 p.m., Wednesday, March 18, when police responded to the Danbury Skate Park on Patriot Drive for a reported fight, said Danbury Police Lt. Andrew Corrado. When officers arrived at the park they found Placencia suffering from multiple stab wounds, Corrado said.
