The 3,145-square-foot home at 31-02 Gentner Rd., in Fair Lawn, was listed for $1,499,999 and drew multiple offers within its first five days on the market, listing agent Roi Klipper of The Klipper Group/Corcoran Infinity Properties said.

A Bergen County bakery is closing its doors after 14 years, with its owners calling the decision “incredibly difficult.”
Veriella’s Bakery, located on Hackensack Street in Carlstadt, will serve customers for the final time on Wednesday, Sept. 9, the family announced.
“After 14 wonderful years, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to close the doors of Veriella’s Bakery,” reads a statement shared to Facebook. “This bakery was so much more than a business—it was our life.
