Heroes! Secaucus Police Help Resuscitate Man Four Secaucus police officers helped resuscitate an unresponsive man on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 18, authorities said. Officers responded to the 200 block of Julianne Terrace and discovered the man was not breathing, Secaucus police said. Sergeant Nicholas Spangenberg and officer Thomas Schaffer began performing CPR,  police said. Infant Found In Lakewood Minivan Dies: Prosecutor A 4-month old infant died after he was found in a vehicle on Tuesday, March 18, authorities said. At 1:45 p.m., police responded to 5th Street and found paramedics rendering lifesaving aid to the baby, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said. The baby was transported to Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus in Lakewood, where he was pronounced dead, Billhimer said. The incident remains under investigation, Billhimer said.

At 11 a.m., officers responded to West Bay Avenue and Heritage Point Boulevard and found the crash, Barnegat police said. A 2020 Ford F-150, driven by a 69-year-old man, was traveling west on West Bay when it collided with a 2018 Acura entering the roadway to travel eastbound, driven by the 82-year-old, police said.
