Crash Causes Delays On Hutchinson River Parkway In White Plains (Developing) A crash on the Hutchinson River Parkway in Westchester is causing traffic delays in the area.  The crash happened on the northbound ramp of the parkway from Exit 13A/B in White Plains, according to traffic data from 511NY.  Following the incident, traffic is delayed on a long stretch of the parkway in the area. Arson Suspected In Chestnut Ridge House Fire: Report Authorities are investigating a fire in a Rockland County neighborhood that may have been intentionally set.  The blaze broke out early Thursday afternoon, June 12, at Scotland Hill Park in Chestnut Ridge, near Scotland Hill Road, according to The Monsey Scoop.
