I-84 Reopens Following Rollover Crash Both lanes on a section of I-84 have reopened following a single-vehicle crash in the area. It happened around 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 7, in Dutchess County near Exit 17 in Holmes, New York State Police said. The roadway was closed for at least an hour following the crash in which the vehicle, reportedly involved in a police pursuit, overturned.
