Expect Delays: Lane Closures On I-84 Will Continue Throughout Year, DOT Says Roadwork with lane closures on Interstate 84 will continue throughout the year,  the New York State Department of Transportation said. Motorists using the highway in Dutchess and Putnam counties will face single-lane closures for pavement repairs. The repairs will run between Exit 50 in the Town of Fishkill, Dutchess County, and Exit 61 in the Town of Patterson, Putnam County, DOT said. Man Charged With DWI Following Single-Vehicle Crash, Police Say A 21-year-old man was arrested for alleged DWI after police responded to a single-vehicle crash. The crash took place in Ulster County on Friday, June 12, in Saugerties when the driver lost control of his vehicle, Saugerties Police Chief Joseph Sinagra said. William A. Gearhart, of LaGrange, was arrested on Wednesday, June 17, in Dutchess County by the Town of Poughkeepsie Police for the robbery, said Capt. Joseph Cavalier. 4-Year-Old Critical After Head Gets Stuck In Automatic Car Window, Police Say A 4-year-old child is in critical condition after getting their head stuck in an automatic car window.
