Yorktown Man Charged With Forcible Touching After Walk-In Complaint
A Northern Westchester man has been arrested for allegedly forcibly touching a woman against her will on two separate occasions.
The incident was reported in Yorktown on Thursday, Aug. 25 by the woman who reported the incident to Yorktown Police.
An investigation led police to Jose Pablo Cruz, age 40, of Yorktown who turned himself in to police on Thursday, Sept. 22, said the Yorktown Police.
Cruz was charged with two counts of forcible touching and was held on a $25,000 cash, $50,000 bond, or $75,000 partially secured bond which he was unable to post, police said.

A Long Island man was arrested for allegedly breaking into a home and inappropriately grabbing and touching a woman inside.
The incident took place around 9 p.m., Sunday, March 20 at a home on East Street in Hicksville, said the Nassau County Police.
According to detectives, Carlos Villeda, age 58, of Hickville, illegally entered the residence of a 42-year-old woman.
Once inside the home, Villeda began inappropriately grabbing and forcibly touching the victim, police said.

A Long Island man was charged after police said he forcibly touched a woman in an area coffee shop.
Robert Tomo, age 35, of Freeport, was arrested just before 9 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 1, according to the Nassau County Police Department.
NCPD said Tomo entered a coffee shop in Rockville Centre at noon on Friday, July 30, approached a 21-year-old woman from behind, and touched her inappropriately.

A Long Island man forcibly touched three women in separate incidents at area Walmarts, according to police.
Officers responded to a report of a 27-year-old woman being forcibly touched at the Walmart located at 1220 Old Country Road in Westbury, on Friday, July 30, according to the Nassau County Police Department.

State Police arrested an area man for allegedly exposing himself to women and then touching them without consent and masturbating in public.
The Orange County resident was arrested after a woman and her husband called state police to report that an unknown man grabbed the woman as he walked by and then exposed himself around 10 p.m. on Sunday, July 18, in Kiryas Joel, said Trooper Steven Nevel.

A Long Island man has been arrested for allegedly forcibly touching a woman who was being treated at an area hospital.
Taylor Melecio, age 25, of Wantagh was arrested on Sunday, June 6, for the incident which occurred in East Meadow.

A Long Island man has been arrested for allegedly inappropriately touching a woman getting a massage.
Sut-ho Leung, 59, of New Hyde Park, was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 6, following an earlier incident at Ospa located at 927 Franklin Ave., in Garden City, said the Nassau County Police.
According to detectives, on Saturday, Jan. 2, the 48-year-old victim went to a scheduled appointment for a neck and shoulder massage. While lying in the room, Leung allegedly inappropriately touched her, police said.
