Uber Overdose Leads To Norwalk Man's Arrest A Norwalk man is behind bars for selling drugs to a person who later overdosed in an Uber, according to Norwalk Police. Kyle Lors, 23, of 17 Avenue C, was busted following an investigation into an Oct. 8, 2017, incident involving a drug overdose inside an Uber car, said Lt. Terrence Blake.
