Man Who Exposed Himself To Stamford Librarian ID'd, Charged
A man who exposed himself to a Stamford librarian has been arrested after being spotted by an alert off-duty police officer, according to Stamford Police.
Javon Bragg, 23, of Pittston, Pennsylvania, was charged with public indecency after being arrested around 7 p.m. Monday, said Sgt. Paul Guzda.
The incident took place on Thursday, Feb. 15, when Bragg walked into the Weed Memorial Library and asked a librarian about getting a library card. When he couldn't provide any information, the librarian refused, police said.

Poughkeepsie Man Busted For 21 License Suspensions, Heroin, Mushrooms
New York State Police busted a Poughkeepsie man Friday on multiple drug charges during a traffic stop where troopers discovered he had 21 suspensions on his driver's license.
Stanley J. Williams III, 29, was stopped around 12:48 a.m. on Montgomery Street in the City of Poughkeepsie for a traffic violation, said Trooper AJ Hicks.
Besides the 21 suspensions, troopers also found heroin, psilocybin hallucinogenic mushrooms, and marijuana inside the vehicle, Hicks said.

Three Busted For Selling Heroin In Northern Westchester
Three men with lengthy arrest records are facing possession and sale of heroin charges following the execution of several search warrants Monday by members of the Peekskill Police Department and the Westchester County Heroin and Opiate Task Force.
Charles Pritchett, 65, of the Bronx, John Brown, 58, and Mark Mair, 58, both of Peekskill, were busted following a search of a home at 118 Old Bay St., in Peekskill, and a vehicle belonging to Pritchett, said Peekskill Police Chief Eric Johansen.
